If you are not pleased with an item you have purchased, I will accept returns made within one week of delivery. Please contact me before you return an item to arrange return details.
If an item breaks, or is otherwise defective within the first 3 months; I will be happy to repair the problem at no charge to you. After that repairs or replacement will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
I ship all items via USPS Priority mail, with delivery confirmation and insurance, for out mutual protection.
I accept payment through PayPal and Google Checkout. I also accept payment by cashier's check and money order.
And one more thing... If you live within 200 miles of Minneapolis, MN and would like to 'see and touch' pieces live and in person - I'm happy to travel. Please contact me and we can discuss details for a private 'trunk show' or a jewelry party at a location of your choice.
